Headed out to visit one of my favorite Walgreens cashiers , Addison, this morning 
So here is what I got:
Transaction #1:
Colgate Total advanced on sale $3.99 with a $3 RR. Used a $1/1 coupon I had from a product insert. Paid $2.99 plus tax and got a $3 RR back after I paid making it FREE
Transaction #2:
I actually got 2 cases of Pure Water ( didnt haul the second one into the house ) $1.99 each ($3.98 total). Used my $3 RR from transaction #1 and paid just $0.98 plus tax
Total oop: $3.97 for 2 cases of water and Colgate Total Advanced
This is a good example of how to use Register Rewards ( RR). I could have just gotten my water and paid $3.98 for it. I actually got an additional item (the toothpaste) for FREE because I bought that first then used my RR to pay for the water
I chose to NOT do the Suave deal as planned. They did NOT carry the kids body wash that I was going for 
I will head to Woodmans as the last time I was there it was priced $1.35. Hope it is still that price
