Now this is NOT like other programs. Saving Star coupons do NOT come off your total at the register . Saving Star coupons get deducted off your card and the value of the coupon is put into your Saving Star account. (they are a one time use ) You can cash out at just $5! Register with SavingStar (click banner above)
Enter your store loyalty cards
Load what coupons you want onto the cards
Scan your card when you shop . The savings do NOT come off of your total. The amount of the coupon you added goes into your SavingStar account. You can cash out at just $5! (Pay Pal, bank deposit, Amazon Gift card . More options coming!)
NOTE: for those Schnucks markets that do not have a loyalty/gas card get an escript card at Customer Service and load those numbers through SavingStar.
HyVee shoppers: I registered my Fuel Rewards card
So when you load these to your card and purchase the item(s) the coupon value is added to your SavingStar account! Its that easy! So click the banner above, register, register your card, load you coupons and GO!

Can I use a paper coupon and the saving star ecoupon on the same item?

So…do I do the card first, then any coupons? Wondering because this isn’t worth it for me if I can’t use coupons with SavingStar. I need to be able to pay as little as possible at the register.
Dawn Savingstar is a no cost to you program so there is really no loss for you. Scan your card and when you purchase an item for which you have a SS reward the value of that reward goes into your SS acct. Once you hit $5 you can cash out.
Here is the offical statement however from their site (under FAQ) “SavingStar eCoupons will work whether or not you combine them with other services’ coupons, but they are not intended to be used this way. Generally, manufacturers state that it is against their policies for shoppers to redeem more than one manufacturer’s coupon for the same purchase. Using in-store coupons in combination with SavingStar eCoupons is not a problem. In the future, we may implement mechanisms to limit the combination of SavingStar eCoupons with other manufacturer coupons. ”
So basically it says it will work if you give a manufacturer coupon for an item you also have a SS reward for but they encourage you to not do that.
